SH-2G (RNZN) 80126 Seasprite 1:48 - Kittyhawk

The new Kittyhawk brand kit of the SH-2G Super Sea Sprite Naval Helicopter in 1:48 scale.   Even though it is a very old design airframe dating back to the early 70s the Sea Sprite is still around.  This is its updated form with new engines and electronics, 11 of them were pushed into service with the RAN however technical difficulties with new hardware and software prevented it from going into full service.   The aircraft where then offered to the Royal New Zealand Navy to replace its older generation Sea Sprites at a bargain price who got them operating at peak efficiency.   This kit is for the intermediate modeller and comes with RNZN markings.
