One of the last fighters developed during WW2 the Typhoon was mostly used as a very effective ground attack aircraft for use against armoured vehicles, trains and other ground targets. With its large caliber cannon and rocket armament it was heavily armoured for protection from ground fire. A great simple 1:72 scale kit for the beginner.
